At Neighborhood Patios, our owner and operator Nicholas Teer embodies a legacy of craftsmanship that spans over 15 years. A skilled carpenter and stone mason, Nicholas learned the ropes from his father, Phil Teer, a United States Marine and co-founder of our company.
